Frequently Asked Questions.

Do I really need a wedding planner?

Think of us as the calm presence that allows you to actually enjoy your engagement and your wedding day. While you can certainly plan without one, having us on your team means you get to step away from stress and lean into the joy. We handle the moving parts, so you can be fully present.

What’s the difference between Full Wedding Planning, Partial Wedding Planning, and Month-of Coordination?

Full Wedding Planning
This is the most comprehensive support. From the very beginning, we’re by your side; helping you set a budget, choose the right venue, curate your vendor team, and design a celebration that feels uniquely yours. We guide every decision, manage every moving part, and keep the process seamless from “yes” to “I do.” Couples who choose full planning often say it feels like having a trusted partner in every moment of the journey.

Partial Wedding Planning
Partial planning is for couples who’ve already laid some of the groundwork (maybe you’ve booked your venue or a few vendors) but want professional guidance to refine the vision and carry things across the finish line. We step in where you need us most; tying the pieces together, filling in any gaps, and making sure everything feels cohesive and intentional.

Month-of Coordination (Wedding Management)
About 6–8 weeks prior, we gather all your plans, review your vendor details, and build a master timeline. On the day itself, we orchestrate every detail behind the scenes; from setup to tear-down, so you don’t have to lift a finger. It’s the assurance that all your hard work will come together seamlessly.

How involved will I be in the process?

You’ll always be an essential part of the process, because this is your wedding and your story. Some couples enjoy being very hands-on with decisions, while others prefer to focus on the big picture and let us handle the details. Our role is to guide, streamline, and manage logistics so planning feels manageable and enjoyable, never overwhelming. No matter your style, you’ll feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Do you work with specific vendors, or can we choose our own?

We have a curated network of trusted partners, but the most important thing is that your vendors reflect your vision. Whether we recommend or you bring them in, we’ll make sure your team is cohesive and aligned.

How far in advance should we book you?

The sooner the better — especially for full planning, where we ideally begin 12–18 months before your wedding. For partial planning, 9–12 months is a comfortable window, while wedding management (month-of coordination) is best booked 4-10 months before your date. That said, we’ve also stepped in beautifully for weddings planned in a shorter timeframe. If your date is set, let’s connect and see how we can best support you.

Because our calendar is intentionally limited to give each couple the attention they deserve, we recommend reaching out as soon as your date is set to ensure availability, regardless of which service you are going for.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes! We love traveling with our couples and have experience planning weddings near and far. Destination weddings require an extra layer of logistics, and we handle all the moving parts so you can simply arrive and celebrate. If you’re dreaming of saying “I do” somewhere special, let’s connect and start designing a destination experience that feels effortless and unforgettable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer / PayNow to our UEN.

If we decide to work with you, do we sign a contract?

Absolutely. A signed contract ensures clarity and peace of mind for both of us. It outlines the scope of services, payment terms, and expectations so everything feels clear from the start.

I don’t see my venue listed as one you’ve worked at before. Are you capable of planning a wedding at my wedding venue?

Yes! While we have strong relationships with many venues, every wedding is unique. We’re quick to learn the ins and outs of new spaces and will connect with your venue team early on to make sure everything is seamless.

What is the process like when working with you?

We start with a consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and needs. From there, we create a customized planning journey — weaving in check-ins, design development, vendor partnerships, and timeline management. By the time your wedding arrives, every piece is set so you can simply enjoy.

What is your refund policy?

Retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date on our calendar. Beyond that, refund policies depend on the timing of cancellation and work completed to date. This will all be outlined in your contract.

Can you work within our budget?

Yes. We believe weddings should feel intentional, not financially overwhelming. Part of our role is to help you prioritize, allocate resources, and make choices that align with your budget and your vision. If your initial budget doesn’t fully match the scope of your dreams, we’ll be transparent about what’s feasible and guide you toward options that feel right for you.

How many weddings do you take a year?

We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each year. This ensures every couple gets our full attention and the personalized care they deserve.
